This policy describes information handling by Trustifo Editorial for trustifo.com. It does not govern a data broker, state agency, external law source, email provider, browser, or hosting provider reached through a link.
Information the site does not intentionally collect
Trustifo does not operate accounts, comments, ratings, newsletters, behavioral advertising, audience analytics, fingerprinting, or tracking pixels. It does not ask visitors to paste broker records, upload identity documents, connect an inbox, or provide information for an opt-out request.
Ordinary server records
The web server or infrastructure provider may process technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, request time, requested path, response status, and user-agent string. Trustifo uses such records only for availability, security, abuse investigation, and short-lived operational diagnosis. Retention is limited to what is reasonably needed for those functions and provider requirements.
Contact email
If you email privacy@trustifo.com, the message, reply address, routing metadata, and any information you choose to include are processed to answer and document the correspondence. Do not send sensitive personal data. Trustifo may retain a correction record so it can explain a content change, prevent repeated abuse, or maintain source history.
External links
Removal guides link to broker-controlled request pages. Law pages link to government sites. Opening those links sends an ordinary request to the external service, which applies its own privacy policy. Trustifo uses no redirect tracker and does not receive confirmation that a reader completed an external form.
Local browser state
The current site does not use cookies or local storage for analytics, advertising, accounts, or personalization. The broker-directory filter operates in the loaded page and does not transmit the search text to Trustifo.
Security and changes
No internet service can promise absolute security. Trustifo reduces exposure by collecting little, avoiding third-party scripts, and keeping the site static. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@trustifo.com. For a broker’s handling of a removal request, contact that broker through the first-party route in its guide.
